There are three goals of Raise Up Oregon: that children arrive ready for kindergarten, that children are raised in healthy, stable, and attached families, and that the early learning system is aligned, coordinated, and family centered. This is a report on the progress of five of Oregon's state agencies on these goals from January 2019 through September 2020.
