This is an evaluation of the Seattle Preschool Program as measured by classroom quality and child development indicators. The focus of this report is the fourth year (2018-2019) of the program as well as the improvements in measured indicators since the program’s inception. Classroom quality is assessed in a sample of 75 classrooms and child developmental data is assessed from 961 children. Additionally, child and classroom characteristics are compared with data from family child care homes.
