Year 4 report: Seattle Preschool Program evaluation [Executive summary]

This is an executive summary of an evaluation of the Seattle Preschool Program as measured by classroom quality and child development indicators. The focus of this report is the fourth year (2018-2019) of the program as well as the improvements in measured indicators since the program’s inception. Classroom quality was assessed in a sample of 75 classrooms and child developmental data was assessed from 961 children. Additionally, child and classroom characteristics are compared with data from family child care homes
