This report utilizes data from TECPDS to provide a descriptive account of: ♦ ECE workforce (e.g., who are the users, what are their demographic characteristics) ♦ Types of trainings that administrators and practitioners participate in. For overall statewide TECPDS utilization, the report includes data available as of August 20, 2021 based on aggregated reports that can be accessed on the TECPDS website (Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System, 2021b). For those TECPDS users with training data, the report focuses on trainings for 2020 (January-December), but in some instances numbers from 2013-2021 are included.
