This guide provides strategies for states, territories, and tribes to utilize Child Care and Development (CCDF) discretionary funds in rebuilding the child care workforce after COVID-19. Examples of state strategies for improving workforce compensation are provided, including Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.
