This brief discusses the establishment of President Biden’s Build Back Better Act and how it called for the establishment of universal preschool. Although this legislation is still a work in progress, the authors discuss ten ways in which the Biden administration can make early child hood education equitable and accessible to young learners in the U.S. today.
