This summary provides an overview of the Infant and Toddler Child Care Roadmap, a part of the Raising Illinois’ Prenatal-to-Three Policy Agenda. The goal of the roadmap is to improve the services provided by the child care sector to families of infants and toddlers. Suggestions for improvements are developed based on a literature review, focus groups, and surveys of the child care community in Illinois.
