Child care difficulties on the rise for parents of young children

This brief summarizes findings from the January 2022 RAPID survey of families with young children. Graphs display the percentages of parents that reported difficulty finding space in child care or child care closures over time. The association between child care disruptions and parents’ emotional well-being is also discussed.
