In October of 2019, the Office of Head Start facilitated individual listening calls with nine programs that scored a 3.5 or higher in the instructional support domain of CLASS during their most recent monitoring observations. This paper provides information about the programs interviewed as well as a summary of themes that emerged from these discussions. The report also includes specific resources mentioned by the nine programs that helped them achieve the high scores. (author abstract)
