Investing CCDF, PDG B-5, Tribal Home Visiting, and Head Start Funds in the early childhood education (ECE) workforce


This letter to lead agencies and grantees of Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF), Head Start, Tribal Home Visiting Programs, and Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five (PDG B-5) funding outlines ways in which these federal funds can be used as compensation and support for the early childhood workforce. A separate appendix describes examples of how federal funds have been used for this purpose.
