Supporting families, employers & New York’s future: An action plan for a strong and equitable child care system: Final report of the Child Care Availability Task Force


As part of his Women’s Agenda, Governor Cuomo launched the Child Care Availability Task Force (Task Force) in December 2018. Since then, the Task Force has developed a comprehensive plan to make quality child care affordable and accessible for all New Yorkers. This report articulates the Task Force’s priorities and includes a set of recommendations to make child care affordable and accessible to New York families. (author abstract)
