Share
Description:

The purpose of this study is to explore the meal-related thought processes, planning, and purchasing behaviors of primary caregivers on weeknights after they pick up their child(ren) from an ECE center and transition to the evening caregiving responsibilities, specifically providing their child(ren) an evening meal (hereafter dinner). This study aims to understand the contextual factors surrounding dinner meal choices to inform future nutrition interventions by applying a mixed-methods approach. (author abstract)
