An investigation into the influence of perceived program quality on families' decisions to enroll children in after school programs, and an exploration of the association between families' race and their enrollment decisions after controlling for program quality, based on a sample of 2,256 children from 117 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) programs and 1,849 parents from 99 21st CCLC programs during the 2005-2006 school year
