A qualitative study of problems related to the clothing and jewelry worn by young children that hinders the outdoor vigorous physical activity in child care centers, and an examination of the tensions between parents and child care staff that arise from the inappropriate dress of their children, based on focus groups or interviews with 53 workers at urban Cincinnati child care centers
