Teaching all children: Preparing early childhood preservice teachers in inclusive settings

A study of the relationship between preservice teachers' participation in site-based coursework in inclusive settings of a combined Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education teacher education program and changes in their perceptions of their competence and of the value of their field experiences, based on a survey of 123 teachers in 6 separate cohorts in a course provided by a University in the Midwest, starting with the 2004-2005 academic year and concluding in 2009-2010, as well as interviews with the students and researchers' field notes
