Findings on children's developmental and school readiness outcomes from an evaluation of Preschool for All (PFA), a high-quality, state-funded preschool program for at risk children in Illinois, based on a survey of 522 programs located outside of Chicago and on in-depth data, including program quality and child assessment data, collected from 120 of these programs
