Two studies of the relationship between enrollment of children in public early education and maternal labor supply, the first for mothers of 5-year-olds who attend public kindergarten, and a second analysis for mothers of 4-year-olds who attend public prekindergarten, with analyses conducted for both single and married mothers, based on data from the United States 2000 decennial census
