This brief outlines the methodology and key findings of a Return on Investment (ROI) study conducted on the Early Learning Ventures (ELV) Shared Services model. The results indicate that the ELV model produces significant returns for almost all participating child care providers, with the strongest returns for center-based providers. (author abstract)
