This report presents the findings of a study of the Integrated Review for 2-2 1/2 year olds pilot, the aims of which were to trial the bringing together of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Progress Check at age two with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) 2-2 1/2 year health and development review into an integrated process. The study was commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE), in collaboration with the Department of Health (DH). It was led by the National Children's Bureau (NCB) Research Centre, working in partnership with ICF GHK, and with advisory input from the Early Childhood Unit at NCB, the Institute of Child Health at University College London and the Institute of Health Visiting.
