The third and concluding report, "Opportunities and Considerations for Addressing ECE Gaps in Los Angeles County" is a culmination of the prior reports and discusses potential future roles and strategies for First 5 LA and other ECE Funders in Los Angeles County. This report utilizes relevant gaps identified in the first report of this series and matches them with relevant roles and strategies, some of which are described in the second report, in order to present a menu of potential opportunities that might address these gaps. The information in this report is limited by the same parameters described in the preceding reports. The opportunities, considerations, roles, and implications are not comprehensive, have not been prioritized or weighted, and no cost analysis was conducted. The reader should refer to the first report in the series for more information on stated analytic results and gaps, and to the second report for more information on examples of specific programs, investments, and funder roles.
