Determinants of subsidy stability and child care continuity

Description:
This webinar discusses factors contributing to instability in subsidy use, based on findings from the 2010-2014 Illinois/New York Child Care Research Partnership. This study analyzed longitudinal state administrative data, as well as experiences of subsidy clients in four diverse sites in Illinois and New York. Policy implications in the context of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014 are presented.
