This PowerPoint presentation accompanies a webinar that provides a background on the supplemental guide and recommends uses for states and district teams involved in designing and solving problems in evaluation systems for early childhood teachers. Research is presented based on studies of 11 states' systems, highlighting the successes and challenges in the implementation of Illinois' evaluation system.
