This is a tool for after-school programs that help youth develop soft workplace skills such as critical thinking, interpersonal skills, personal qualities, and communication skills. It includes surveys to collect information on the skills of local youth and the employee soft skills desired by local employers. It also provides worksheets to transform collected information into usable data which can inform program planning to address skill gaps.
