Transforming the financing of early care and education
This webinar presents findings from a report that studied ways in which to fund early care and education that is accessible, affordable for families, and of high quality. Particular focus is placed on a workforce that is well qualified and supported. Recommendations for implementing an effective financing structure are provided.
