The goal of this report is to provide an overview of key elements of VPI+ implementation in Year 2 and share clear recommendations for the remaining years of the grant. We draw from multiple sources of data throughout the report, including implementation data collected by CASTL, observations made during division site visits and trainings, communications with VPI+ division leadership and coaches, and formative and summative VPI+ reports produced by SRI. This report is organized around program elements that were a focus for CASTL supports, including: professional development and coaching, data use, and leadership. Within each report section, we summarize year 2 activities, progress since year 1, and plans for CASTL support. (author abstract)
