This report provides an overview of important elements of VPI+ implementation in Year 2 and recommendations for the remaining 2 years of the grant. Elements of the program that are a focus for CASTL supports are reviewed, drawing from multiple data sources, observations from site visits and trainings, and communication with VPI+ division leadership and coaches. Within each report section, we summarize year 2 activities, progress since year 1, and plans for CASTL support. A brief summary of the report sections is provided below. (author abstract)
