This webinar discusses the increased federal investment in the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) and ways in which these funds can be used to improve access to and quality of child care for infants and toddlers. Collaborators present core principles associated with goals toward this end, as well as providing an overview for upcoming related webinars.
