Annual report on the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment [Executive summary]

Share
Description:
In August 2014, the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) replaced the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment -- Literacy (KRA-L) in Ohio. The introduction of this new assessment ushered in a new way of looking at kindergarten readiness in Ohio. The KRA is designed to support teachers' learning about their students, as well as to help teachers understand how they might modify their classroom instruction to support student learning. This report includes results from the first administration of the KRA in Ohio. (author abstract)
