This resource guide contains a list of selected publications and other tools to support states, territories, and tribes seeking to build research and evaluation capacity. For agencies that are new to evaluation or have limited research resources, the prospect of designing and implementing a high-quality evaluation may be daunting, especially given the abundance of available resources. This guide provides a concise, curated list of user-friendly and practical resources focused on tools with the greatest relevance to child care subsidy agencies. (author abstract)
