Superintendents' Early Childhood Plan evaluation: 2016-17

The purpose of this report is to present findings from the second year of evaluation activities, those focused on the implementation of the Superintendents' Plan during the 2016-17 school year. Evaluation activities were designed to address two broad questions about program implementation and changes in key outcomes. (author abstract)
