This report compiles data on a statewide and a county basis for each of the areas of regulated child care including center based care and registered home as requested in the statutory charge for this report, Sec E.318.3 of Act 11 of the 2018 Special Session. Our analysis includes: age 0-5 demographics; child care slot capacity, including prequalified prekindergarten providers; and impacts to capacity from provider closures. Data across a span of 42 months, from Dec. 2015 through Jun. 2018 was analyzed. (author abstract)
