Early learning for children with disabilities

Description:
In this chapter, we will first review the basics of special education law, and then turn to its application to infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. We will follow with a look at the organization and implementation of the law in a disjointed, complex field known as early childhood special education (ECSE), which in California straddles two major state agencies.
