Illinois's approach to building and sustaining infant and early childhood mental health consultation

This fact sheet describes the Illinois Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Initiative, which aims to develop an expanded, qualified work force. It initially used the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) quality set-aside funds to pilot test its regional model. Lessons in funding are presented.
