New York City pre-k leadership study

Description:
This is a study of the strategies used and supports offered to teachers during classroom visits by education directors, principals, and assistant principals (referred to collectively as "leaders"). The report also includes a qualitative study of obstacles to classroom visits. The study is based on a time-use survey of 30 leaders and 126 teaching staff.
