State priorities for Child Care and Development Block Grant funding increase: 2019 national overview

Description:

Child Trends conducted a national survey of CCDBG state and territory administrators to understand the effect of the additional federal funds. Through the survey, states reported how they are using (or plan to use) the additional federal funds to expand services for eligible children and implement CCDBG reauthorization goals and requirements. This brief summarizes our methodology, key findings, and recommendations for next steps. (author abstract)
