Description:
Annually, the Utah Head Start Collaboration Office (UHSCO) director gathers data from Head Start and Early Head Start grantees to better understand their needs. The data is gathered through a Needs Assessment survey. From 2016-2018, the Needs Assessment survey questions varied little in order to produce comparable data sets. Head Start and Early Head Start programs were surveyed in May 2018. Ten of 12 Head Start programs responded, producing an 83 percent response rate, the same rate of response as 2017. These responses will guide the focus and projects of the UHSCO director for FY2019. (author abstract)
