This fact sheet outlines three changes to procedures for North Carolina child care settings in response to the COVID-19 outbreak First, it directs child care sites to retrieve and post newly updated health guidance. Next, it instructs child care sites to shift to electronic reporting of vacancy and closure information to the state Division of Child Development and Early Education. Finally, it provides guidance for shifting temporarily to the provision of child care services to the children of critical workers.
