The main research questions are as follows: 1) What percent of Region XI Head Start children's lead teachers have a Bachelor's degree or higher? 2) How long have Region XI Head Start children's lead teachers been teaching in Head Start/Early Head Start? and 3) What professional development supports are Region XI Head Start’s children's teachers offered?
