Status report: Early learning in South Dakota

Description:

In the fall of 2018, the South Dakota Department of Education developed a survey. The purpose of this survey was to ascertain the status of early learning in the state of South Dakota. The intent was to gather and share information with stakeholders about the landscape of early learning and preschool programming efforts across South Dakota so policy makers and educational leaders can make informed decisions regarding early childhood education. The data in this report is purposely presented without conclusions or recommendations – this is a status report. (author abstract)
