Investing in the birth-to-three workforce: A new vision to strengthen the foundation for all learning


This is a vision for increasing training and improving the skills of the infant and toddler care workforce across the United States. The vision includes four components: 1) deepening expertise through training systems, 2) improving workforce compensation, 3) strengthening the training systems, and 4) generating political will for public support.
