This list includes resources useful to researchers and agency staff who analyze state-level early care and education (ECE) administrative data for research purposes. The term administrative data refers to information about individual children, families, and/or providers of early care and education and other family benefits that is collected and maintained as part of the operation of government programs. The resource list emphasizes materials that explain how to acquire, use, manage, link, and analyze administrative data in early childhood or related fields. (author abstract)
