National Head Start impact research: Report to Congress

Description:
The current Report to the Congress is being submitted to fulfill the requirements of a second mandated interim report to "describe the status of the research and preliminary findings of the research, as appropriate." Thus, this current report will describe the background and purposes of the study, the progress made to date in implementing the study, the current activities being undertaken to conduct a field test and prepare for the full study, and the projected timeline for completing all phases of the study.
