Evaluation of Vermont’s Early Childhood Professional Development System: Final report [Executive summary]


This study set out to identify the strengths of the Early Childhood Professional Development System (ECPDS); assess the challenges facing the ECPDS, and make recommendations to support the strengthening of the system. This evaluation marks a midpoint in a multi-phase effort to transform the ECPDS. Findings will be used to direct resources, future research, and programmatic and structural changes. This report should be viewed as a formative assessment, a tool for facilitating the growth and refinement of the ECPDS. (author abstract)
