This document is intended to support state administrators who are considering how they might use this PDG grant opportunity to expand or enhance services for home-based child care by: 1. offering key strategies to build durable systems structures to support home-based child care; 2. indicating how these strategies align with the priorities of ACF as outlined in the notices of funding opportunity; and 3. sharing examples and considerations for how you might approach these strategies in your plans.
