This report, drawing from the North Carolina Early Childhood Foundation (NCECF) October 2020 Parent Survey data and December 2020 report by Dr. Clive R. Belfield, provides insight into the experiences of families with young children during the COVID-19 pandemic across the eight North Carolina regions, called Prosperity Zones (PZs). (author abstract)
