The proposed dissertation study will explore the protective factors of early care and education professionals and associations with educator wellbeing specifically with EHS/HS lead and co-teachers. The proposed study has three main goals. The first goal is to investigate how a book study intervention serves as an innovative professional development approach for EHS/HS lead teachers and co[1]teachers. The second goal is to examine EHS/HS lead teachers and co-teachers change in awareness and behavior in relation to their wellbeing and resilience. Lastly, the book study intervention will be examined to determine its influence on educators change in commitment to their program and the field. (author abstract)
