The National Head Start Association has submitted comments to the Office of Head Start (OHS) on behalf of nearly 1,000 Head Start and Early Head Start programs, all State, Regional, and National Head Start associations, and other Head Start-affiliated organizations and supporters on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) entitled “Supporting the Head Start Workforce and Consistent Quality Programming,” published by the Office of Head Start (OHS) on November 20, 2023.  (author abstract)
