Purpose: 1) To provide information to eligible state, territory, and Tribal Lead Agencies regarding the phase two distribution of disaster supplemental funds, and 2) to provide guidance on allowable activities, how to apply, notice of federal interest, obligating and expending funds, reporting requirements, grantee monitoring and other requirements. ACF issued a previous Program Instruction (PI) CCDF-ACF-PI-2023-02 on August 4, 2023, which provided information to eligible CCDF Lead Agencies on how to apply for the phase one distribution of CCDF disaster relief funding to plan for activities related to the consequences of Hurricanes Fiona and Ian. This new PI (ACF-OCC-CCDF-PI-2024-02) provides information about how eligible CCDF Lead Agencies may apply for funding available in phase two to fully implement the disaster recovery plans.
