Description:
In 2009, the Oregon Employment Department Child Care Division conducted a survey of certified family child care providers. The survey provides data that can be used to guide decision-making about services and training for these providers. They were asked questions related to their knowledge about programs, agencies, and professional organizations in Oregon that support and regulate child care providers; their knowledge about and involvement in the state licensing process; their experiences related to the division's central office and field staff; their perceptions of the availability of information about training; and their use of the Child Care Division's Web site.
