This report characterizes the current TA services by their alignment to the Quality Standards, the specific core TA Strategies, and its geographic availability. Through this study of TA services available, a snapshot is created which highlights not only the relationship between TA services and high quality ELO programming in California, but also any gaps in statewide support.
